Driving Directions from I-75 (Central Expressway)

Exit Walnut Hill Lane - Heading East

The Presbyterian Hospital Campus will be to your right approximately 1 mile after the exit. To park and get to our office take a right into the complex at the last entrance before Greenville Ave. And park in lot 5 or the parking garage to your right. We are in professional building II on the first floor in suite 101.

Please remember to bring the following:

• ALL MRI films, reports, CT's, Bone scans or X-Rays that you might have or have had taken in the past.
• Allow up to 3 hours once you have arrived at the Doctors office.
• Parking can be up to $3.00. We only validate parking for those who have reached the young age of 65.
• Consultations can range from $250 - $650 depending on the amount of X-rays taken at our office.
• If your insurance is an HMO or a POS please remember to bring your Referral and Doctor Directories in case we need to send your for some more testing or physical therapy. Knowing who your plan supports will help us to refer within your plan.
• If you are on a HMO, POS, or PPO that requires a referral and you come to your appointment without your referral we may have to reschedule your appointment for a later date when you have had time to get the proper referral.
